click Can we wear our shoes?

Only until you walk through the door of our crooked playhouse to get inside the Playnasium. We are a shoe-free facility and require all guests, kids and their adults, to remove their shoes and keep their socks on at all times—keeping our playground cleaner for everyone. Shoe cubbies are available for storage.

click What if I forget our socks?

Socks for children or adults may be purchased in our boutique.

click Can we bring in our own food?

Sure! We have a picnic area available for eating and drinking. Or you can purchase healthy snacks and drinks from our store. Please no birthday cakes or party food unless you have a party reservation.

click Can we bring in our stroller?

Due to limited space, we ask that strollers are brought in only when necessary. All strollers will need to be folded and stored when the facility is busy.

click Do you need to be a member?

Busy Bodies Playnasium is open to the public. There are no membership or registration fees for open play or birthday parties.

click Why is the age limit ten years?

We want to give families with young children, a place all their own. The age limit helps ensure the safety of our youngest guests.

Older siblings and guests who are "helping" may assist younger guests in or out of equipment. We ask, for the safety of the younger guests, that they not play on any of the equipment.

Slumber party packages are an alternative for older children. Our slumber party package allows for children up to the age of 12.

click Do you only take reservations for birthday parties?

Parties at Busy Bodies Playnasium are not just for birthdays! We love to celebrate for any reason. Schedule a party for preschool graduation, kindergarten graduation, a potty-training reward, a sports camp award ceremony, a family reunion, or just for fun!

click Do you have private party rooms?

A private party room is available to all guests who book a morning party during open play hours. If your party is schedule for private use of the Playnasium, you will have the entire picnic area to your disposal.

click How many guests can I invite?

Our Party Packages are for 15 children plus a few adults.  Additional guests my be invited at an additional charge per guest.

click What if I have more than 15 total kids for a party?

There are extra charges for additional children over 15. The price depends on the party package. Let us know how many kids you are planning and we will do our best to accommodate your larger group.

click Do we need a final headcount?

Yes, we will need a final head count 1 week prior to the party, so we can make any necessary adjustments to the supplies and goodie bags needed for your party package. At that time, the remainder of your balance will be due.

click How about party decorations? Can I bring my own?

At Busy Bodies Playnasium we want your celebration to be as special as possible. However, in consideration of other guests that may have parties scheduled, please make sure you can easily take home any decorations that you bring in. Silly string, confetti, and streamers may delay the picnic area from being ready for the next party.

click Do you have balloons?

We have latex and Mylar balloons available. Ask about our available balloon centerpieces, designs, and themes.

click Do you have Ice Cream?

What would a party be without ice cream? Just place your order when making your reservation.

click Can I bring in my own food for our party?

You may bring in all your own food, including the cake. Or let us handle all the arrangements for you.

click Who serves the food at the party?

It is a partnership. You serve, we clean up.

click When do I place my food order?

Choose your food from our catering list when you make your reservation—or no later than 1 week prior to your reserved party.

click What is the cost of a party at Busy Bodies Playnasium?

Please choose from one of our six party packages. Detailed descriptions of all our parties can be found on the Party page of our website or pick up a brochure at your next visit.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Should you need to reschedule your party, your deposit may be transferred to your next scheduled reservation. You are always welcome to reschedule your party. Party scheduling is first-come / first-serve, so reserve or reschedule early to secure the date and time you desire.

If at the time of the party you have more kids than your final headcount, there may be an additional charge per child based on the party package selected.
As a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that children exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness visit us after they are feeling better.
